Weekly Motivational Fucks to Survive 2025

Do more of what makes you happy, for fuck’s sake
Today marks seven years since I lost my dad, and it’s the first death anniversary I’ve faced without Axwell, gone now eight months. Death and grief don’t ask for permission, which is why happiness can’t wait for the right time, or a good time.
When I took that photo last fall, I knew I’d need a future reminder that happiness is only one dog encounter away, even on the worst days. The terrible times in our lives and in world remind us how quickly it can all be over. This contrast, and pain, is where we grow deep, meaningful happiness.
Authentic happiness can’t be bought, forced, or faked. It’s willed into existence by those of us brave enough to keep fighting and nurturing. This is your reminder to do more of what stirs your deep-down happy.
This week:
Resist the noise by doing more things that make your soul happy, for the sake of all the fucks.
